An enthusiastic self-starter, Mark progressed quickly from a young apprentice to becoming a successful, self-employed sole trader in Surrey. He rapidly expanded his customer base and in 2010 he set up The Amber Group and enjoyed an excellent reputation in the local community. His strong commitment and extensive knowledge ignited his passion to expand the company still further and together with his wife they began to employ more heating engineers to service their local customers.

In 2012, Amber Marsella Ltd moved their business from their Epsom family home to a unit in Epsom. Mark’s enthusiasm for growing his business spread to the wider family unit; his mother-in-law joined in 2013 followed by his cousin in 2015, and his brother-in-law, in 2020, consolidating a strong ‘Amber Family’ feel.

In summer 2021 The Amber Group moved to a retail location in West Street, close to Epsom station, giving customers a High Street presence and demonstrating their ongoing commitment to being a trusted local company.

Fully accredited by Worcester Bosch and other leading boiler brands, Mark and his team pride themselves on providing an efficient and friendly heating and plumbing service available 24/7, 365 days a year.
